GATOR STRONG STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PHILOSOPHY

We are very blessed here at RBHS to have one of the finest strength and conditioning facilities in the state. In addition to our performance training center, we also have a fitness center that includes free weights, selectorized equipment and cardio equipment such as recumbent bikes, treadmills, ellipticals and upright stationary bikes. An outdoor training center will be coming soon! We emphasize strength, speed, agility, power, and flexibility enhancement to decrease the potential for injury while maximizing athletic performance. Gator athletes will be placed on individualized sports specific training programs to include a combination of traditional free weight training, Olympic weight training, functional strength training, speed and agility enhancement, plyometrics and nutritional guidance.
