River Bluff’s varsity baseball team continued to roll through the Forest Acres Classic with a 12-3 win over Hammond on Tuesday. Gator pitcher Zach Cowart picked up the win, allowing only 3 runs, while the Gator bats continued to be on fire.

At the plate for the Gators:
Walker Mitchell went 3 for 3 with 3 RBI.
Jack Benedict batted 3 for 5 with 3 RBI.
Beau Hollins went 2 for 5 with an RBI
Preston Sansone hit 2 for 3 with 2 RBI
Weston Lever went 2 for 4 with 2 doubles and 3 RBI.

River Bluff is scheduled to take on the Bulldogs of Newberry on Wednesday at 11 am in Day 3 action of the Forest Acres Classic.
